1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates, ensuring they are providing exceptional customer service at all times.
2. Create a visually stunning and inspiring environment for customers by maintaining the highest visual standards and implementing creative merchandising strategies.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet/exceed sales targets.
