Job Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Gallery Leader at Restoration Hardware.As a Gallery Leader, you will be responsible for creating a visually stunning and exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will lead a team of talented design associates and drive sales to achieve company goals. Your strong leadership skills, impeccable taste, and dedication to customer service will be essential in this role.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, a proven track record of driving sales and exceeding goals, and a strong background in interior design. You must also possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the gallery, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
  2. Hire, train, and develop a team of design associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  3. Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them, while also monitoring and analyzing sales data to make necessary adjustments.
  4. Utilize your strong eye for design to create visually stunning displays and layouts that showcase our products and inspire customers.
  5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by providing guidance, support, and motivation to team members.
  6. Ensure that the gallery is always well-maintained and adheres to brand standards.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized design solutions.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as buying and marketing, to ensure the gallery is meeting company objectives.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to make strategic recommendations for the gallery.
  10. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Manage inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment based on sales trends.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  13. Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on gallery performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
