- Lead and manage the daily operations of the gallery, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Cultivate a strong team culture and inspire and motivate associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet/exceed performance targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's aesthetic and effectively translate it into the gallery's design and merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to curate unique and inspiring collections that align with the brand's vision.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the inventory management team to ensure product availability.
- Train and coach associates on product knowledge and selling techniques to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and ensure the gallery is always clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building a loyal customer base.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Communicate effectively with senior management regarding gallery performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and positive work environment for all associates.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company's values and mission at all times.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Gallery Leader At Restoration Hardware Must Possess Excellent Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage A Team Of Associates, Delegate Tasks, And Ensure The Overall Success Of The Gallery.
Experience In Retail Management: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role Is Required For This Position. This Includes Experience In Sales, Operations, And Customer Service.
Extensive Knowledge Of Design And Home Furnishings: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Passion For Design And A Strong Understanding Of Home Furnishings. This Will Enable Them To Provide Exceptional Customer Service And Assist Clients With Their Design Needs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Gallery Leader, Effective Communication With Both Customers And Team Members Is Essential. The Ability To Build Relationships And Work Collaboratively With Others Is Also Important In This Role.
