1. Curate and maintain the gallery displays to showcase the latest collections and products.
2. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
3. Utilize knowledge of art and design to educate customers on the products and assist in their selection process.
4. Keep up-to-date with current art and design trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
5. Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's POS system.
7. Collaborate with the design team to assist in the development and implementation of new gallery layouts.
8. Maintain a clean and organized gallery space, ensuring products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
9. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks and goals set by the Gallery Manager.
10. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
11. Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure products are always available for customers.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the gallery.
