Gallery Associate

1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the gallery with a warm and friendly demeanor.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
3. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing home furnishings and decor that meet their unique style and design preferences.
4. Maintain a deep understanding of Restoration Hardware's products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
5. Create a luxurious and inviting shopping experience by ensuring the gallery is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
6. Utilize a keen eye for design to help customers make informed decisions and offer suggestions and recommendations.
7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
8. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
10. Continuously strive to expand knowledge of products, industry trends, and customer preferences to better serve customers.
11. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance job performance and growth within the company.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
13. Maintain a professional and polished appearance and demeanor at all times to represent the company's brand and image.
14. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and merchandising products.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the gallery.
