1. Greet and welcome customers to the Restoration Hardware gallery with a friendly and professional demeanor.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in finding and selecting the perfect home furnishings for their needs and style.
3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by Restoration Hardware to effectively answer any customer inquiries.
4. Utilize strong design and product knowledge to make personalized and creative recommendations to customers.
5. Keep up to date with current design trends and styles in order to provide the best possible service to customers.
6. Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
7. Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining the overall appearance of the gallery to create an inspiring and inviting atmosphere.
8. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the success of the gallery.
10. Uphold the company’s high standards for customer service, professionalism, and brand representation.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
