  1. Greet and welcome clients to the Restoration Hardware gallery in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating client needs.
  3. Assist clients in finding and selecting products that meet their design preferences and functional requirements.
  4. Possess a strong knowledge of Restoration Hardware's product offerings, including design, materials, and construction.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and mission to clients.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized gallery space, ensuring that all products are displayed correctly and the overall aesthetic of the gallery is maintained.
  7. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments, returns, and exchanges.
  8. Communicate with clients regarding product availability, lead times, and delivery options.
  9. Proactively follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases and address any concerns or issues.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  11. Continuously educate oneself on design trends, product knowledge, and company updates.
  12. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  13. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Gallery Associates Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Colleagues, And Management.

  • Knowledge Of Art And Design: A Background Or Interest In Art And Design Is Essential For A Gallery Associate Position. They Must Have A Good Eye For Aesthetics And Be Able To Accurately Describe And Discuss Various Products With Customers.

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In A Customer Service Role Is Highly Desirable For A Gallery Associate Job. They Must Be Able To Provide Exceptional Customer Service And Handle Any Customer Inquiries Or Complaints In A Professional And Timely Manner.

  • Organizational Skills: Gallery Associates Are Responsible For Maintaining The Appearance And Organization Of The Showroom. Therefore, Strong Organizational Skills Are Necessary To Ensure Products Are Displayed Correctly And The Showroom Is Clean And Presentable At All Times.

  • Sales Experience: While Not Always Required, Previous Sales Experience Is Beneficial For A Gallery Associate Role. They Should Be Comfortable Engaging With Customers, Making Product Recommendations, And Closing Sales To Meet Or Exceed Sales Targets.
