4. Assist customers in finding and selecting the perfect art pieces and collections to meet their needs and preferences.
5. Maintain a clean and organized gallery space, ensuring all art pieces are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
6. Handle transactions and process sales accurately and efficiently, including cash and credit card transactions.
7. Stay up-to-date on all new and current art pieces and collections, as well as any promotions or sales.
8. Collaborate with the gallery team to plan and execute events, such as gallery openings and special exhibits.
9. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and pricing new art pieces.
10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
11. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
12. Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
13. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures, and ensure they are followed at all times.
14. Attend and actively participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
