  1. Assemble furniture pieces according to Restoration Hardware's standards and guidelines.
  2. Ensure all furniture pieces are assembled accurately and efficiently.
  3. Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  5. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling tools and equipment.
  6. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quotas.
  7. Communicate any issues or concerns with furniture quality or assembly process to supervisor.
  8. Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or damaged items.
  9. Continuously seek out ways to improve the furniture assembly process and suggest innovative ideas.
  10. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment as needed.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all furniture pieces meet customer expectations.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Furniture Assembly: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience Assembling Furniture, Preferably In A Professional Setting. This Will Ensure That They Are Familiar With Different Types Of Furniture And Can Work Efficiently.
