  1. Assemble high-end furniture pieces according to company standards and specifications.
  2. Ensure all furniture pieces are assembled accurately and efficiently.
  3. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and productive work environment.
  6. Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  8. Keep up to date with new techniques and processes for furniture assembly.
  9. Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to any inquiries or concerns related to furniture assembly.
  11. Meet production deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  13. Keep inventory of necessary tools and supplies and report any shortages or damages.
  14. Continuously strive for improvement in assembly techniques and processes.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Furniture Assembly: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Assembling Furniture, Preferably In A Retail Or Manufacturing Setting. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Different Furniture Types And Their Ability To Follow Assembly Instructions Accurately.

  • Knowledge Of Hand And Power Tools: Assembling Furniture Often Requires The Use Of Hand And Power Tools Such As Screwdrivers, Drills, And Wrenches. Candidates Should Have A Good Understanding Of How To Use These Tools Safely And Effectively.
