Event Coordinator

1. Plan and execute a variety of events, including product launches, corporate gatherings, and customer appreciation events.
2. Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event logistics are planned and executed flawlessly.
3. Develop event concepts and themes that align with the brand and target audience.
4. Create event timelines and manage all aspects of event production, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
5. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote events and drive attendance.
6. Manage RSVPs and guest lists, communicate event details and updates to attendees, and provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
7. Coordinate with venue staff to ensure event spaces are set up according to plan and all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
8. Oversee event set-up and tear-down, including coordinating with vendors, volunteers, and staff.
9. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.
10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating new ideas and technologies into event planning.
11. Maintain event budgets and track expenses to ensure events stay within budget.
12. Manage event staff and volunteers, providing direction and support as needed.
13. Ensure all events adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
14. Represent Restoration Hardware at events and maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage event opportunities for sales and brand awareness.
