1. Plan and execute events that align with the brand image and showcase our products.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event concepts, themes, and activities.
3. Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and other event partners to ensure the best quality and value for the event.
4. Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within approved limits.
5. Create detailed event timelines and coordinate logistics for setup, breakdown, and event flow.
6. Communicate event details and updates to stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
7. Coordinate event marketing efforts, including invitations, promotional materials, and social media campaigns.
8. Oversee event setup and ensure all elements are in place for a seamless and successful event.
9. Manage event registration and attendee lists.
10. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure the event aligns with business goals and objectives.
11. Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events.
