3. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-site setup and breakdown.
4. Create and maintain event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless event experience.
6. Ensure that all events are executed within budget and meet brand standards.
7. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for event planning and incorporate them into event strategies.
10. Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and handle any issues or concerns that may arise during events.
11. Work closely with marketing and PR teams to promote events and increase brand awareness.
12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all event details and expenses.
13. Assist with other event-related tasks and projects as needed.
14. Uphold the brand's image and values at all times while representing Restoration Hardware at events.
15. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve event processes and procedures.
