Restoration Hardware is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing various events, from small gatherings to large-scale productions.   1. Plan and execute various events, including small gatherings and large-scale productions, for Restoration Hardware.
  2. Ensure all events are executed within budget and meet company standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event concepts and themes.
  4. Source and negotiate with vendors for event services and products.
  5. Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, transportation, and accommodations.
  6. Develop event timelines and manage event budgets.
  7. Communicate event details and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  8. Manage event registration and attendee lists.
  9. Provide on-site event coordination and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  10. Conduct post-event evaluations and make recommendations for future events.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate creative ideas into event planning.
  12. Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for future events.
  13. Ensure compliance with all event-related legal and safety regulations.
  14. Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  15. Continuously assess and improve event processes and procedures.
  16. Represent Restoration Hardware in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Event Planning: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Planning And Executing Events, Preferably In A Retail Or Luxury Setting.
