6. Coordinate event set-up, including decorations, audio-visual equipment, and catering.
7. Oversee event registration and guest management, including RSVPs, ticket sales, and attendee communication.
8. Manage event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth event operations.
9. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to events.
11. Communicate event details and updates to all relevant parties, including internal teams, vendors, and attendees.
12. Maintain event databases and records to track event progress and expenses.
13. Ensure events are executed within company policies and regulations.
14. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during event planning and execution.
15. Represent the company professionally at all times and serve as a brand ambassador during events.
