- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, food and beverage, entertainment, and décor.
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring expenses are within allocated funds.
- Communicate event details, timelines, and expectations to all stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and attendees.
- Conduct on-site event management, ensuring all elements are executed according to plan and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
