Event Coordinator

As the Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide variety of events, both in-store and externally.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of event planning experience, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a strong working knowledge of event management software. Responsibilities:

1. Plan and coordinate events for Restoration Hardware, both in-store and external.
2. Participate in pre-event planning and post-event wrap-up activities.
3. Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and other logistics.
4. Create engaging event materials, such as invitations, programs, and promotional materials.
5. Work with vendors to secure event resources and services.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to maximize event attendance and satisfaction.
8. Monitor event results and compile comprehensive post-event reports.
9. Monitor event trends and recommend innovative approaches to event planning.
10. Stay up to date on latest industry trends and best practices for event planning.
