Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement event plans that are creative, efficient, and cost-effective

-Manage all aspects of event planning, from conception to completion

-Research and secure venues, catering services, audio/visual equipment, and other vendors

-Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure quality services at competitive prices -Organize event logistics, such as transportation and accommodations for attendees -Coordinate event set-up and tear-down -Monitor event budget to ensure adherence to financial guidelines -Produce event materials, such as invitations, signage, and handouts -Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations -Provide on-site support during events -Evaluate event success and collect feedback from attendees
