  1. Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Prepare outgoing orders for shipment, following company guidelines and procedures.
  3. Ensure proper handling and storage of merchandise to prevent damage.
  4. Accurately pick and pack products for shipping, paying close attention to order details and customer specifications.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
  6. Utilize inventory management systems to track and monitor stock levels.
  7. Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping goals.
  8. Communicate any issues or discrepancies with shipments to management.
  9. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner.
  10. Continuously adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  11. Meet all established productivity and accuracy standards.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the distribution center.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Educational Qualification Is Necessary For A Distribution Center Associate Role At Restoration Hardware. This Demonstrates A Minimum Level Of Knowledge And Proficiency In Core Subjects.

  • Experience In Warehouse Operations: Prior Experience Working In A Warehouse Environment Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, And Operating Equipment Such As Forklifts And Pallet Jacks.

  • Attention To Detail: Distribution Center Associates Are Responsible For Picking And Packing Orders Accurately, So Attention To Detail Is Crucial. This Includes Checking Items For Damage, Verifying Quantities, And Ensuring Proper Labeling And Packaging.

  • Physical Fitness And Stamina: This Job Requires Physical Labor, Including Lifting And Carrying Heavy Objects, Standing For Long Periods, And Navigating Through A Large Warehouse. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Distribution Center Associates Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Their Team Members, Supervisors, And Other Departments. This Includes Verbal And Written Communication, As Well As Basic Computer Skills For Inventory Tracking And Communication.
