As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.   1. Accurately and efficiently process customer orders in a timely manner.
  2. Ensure proper packaging and labeling of orders for shipment.
  3. Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
  4. Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and store inventory.
  5. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily productivity goals.
  6. Communicate any issues or concerns with order fulfillment to the appropriate team members.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Follow all quality control measures to ensure orders meet company standards.
  12. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Warehouse Or Distribution Center Experience: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Warehouse Operations And Be Familiar With Common Tasks Such As Receiving, Picking, Packing, And Shipping.

  • Ability To Operate Warehouse Equipment: A Distribution Center Associate Should Be Comfortable Using Equipment Such As Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Hand Trucks To Move And Transport Inventory.

  • Attention To Detail: This Role Requires Careful Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy In Picking And Packing Orders, As Well As Maintaining Inventory Records.

  • Physical Stamina And Strength: Distribution Center Associates Must Be Able To Stand, Walk, And Lift Heavy Objects For Extended Periods Of Time, Often In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As Part Of A Team, Distribution Center Associates Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Coworkers And Supervisors To Ensure Efficient And Accurate Operations.
