  1. Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Receive and inspect incoming inventory to ensure quality standards are met.
  3. Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure proper stock availability.
  4. Utilize warehouse management system to track and update inventory levels.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  6. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move and store inventory.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient workflow.
  8. Assist with the packaging and shipping of products to stores and customers.
  9. Maintain accurate records of inventory and order fulfillment.
  10. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of productivity and safety.
  12. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Warehouse Operations: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Distribution Center Or Warehouse Environment, Including Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, And Shipping And Receiving Processes.

  • Forklift Certification: Distribution Center Associates Will Be Responsible For Operating Forklifts And Other Equipment, So Candidates With A Valid Forklift Certification Will Be Preferred.

  • Physical Stamina: This Role Requires Candidates To Be Able To Stand, Walk, And Lift Heavy Objects For Extended Periods Of Time. Physical Fitness And Stamina Are Important Qualifications For This Job.

  • Attention To Detail: Distribution Center Associates Must Be Able To Accurately Pick, Pack, And Ship Orders To Customers. Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Ensure The Correct Products Are Delivered In A Timely Manner.

  • Strong Communication Skills: This Role Involves Working As Part Of A Team And Communicating With Other Associates, As Well As With Supervisors And Other Departments. Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For Success In This Position.
