  1. Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  2. Organize and maintain inventory in the distribution center.
  3. Ensure all products are packaged and labeled correctly for shipment.
  4. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store products.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate daily tasks and prioritize workload.
  6. Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  7. Communicate with team members and supervisors to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  9. Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by management.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and efficiency in the distribution center.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns regarding shipments.
  12. Assist with loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Attend required trainings and meetings as directed by management.
  15. Uphold the company's values and represent the brand in a professional manner.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Distribution Center Associate Should Have At Least A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Demonstrate Basic Educational Competencies.

  • Prior Warehouse Or Distribution Center Experience: Previous Experience In A Warehouse Or Distribution Center Setting Is Preferred To Ensure Familiarity With Inventory Management And Handling Procedures.
