As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers with the utmost care and efficiency.   1. Handle incoming and outgoing shipments of Restoration Hardware products with care and attention to detail.
  2. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure efficient operations.
  4. Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and store products.
  5. Verify shipment contents and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  6. Assist in restocking and replenishing inventory as needed.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
  8. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
  9. Work efficiently and effectively to meet daily productivity goals.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  11. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  13. Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player within the distribution center.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings.
  15. Represent the Restoration Hardware brand and values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Distribution Center Associate Should Have A Basic Education Level To Effectively Carry Out Their Duties And Understand Company Policies And Procedures.
