We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our team at our distribution center. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products are delivered efficiently and accurately to our customers.   1. Receive and process incoming shipments of products from suppliers.
  2. Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain inventory levels.
  3. Prepare orders for shipment to customers according to company standards.
  4. Operate forklifts and other equipment to move and store products.
  5. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  7. Communicate any issues or discrepancies with shipments or inventory to supervisors.
  8. Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
  9. Inspect products for quality and report any damages or defects.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures for handling and storing products.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all shipments and inventory.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  13. Adhere to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  14. Provide exceptional customer service and assist in resolving any customer inquiries or concerns.
  15. Follow all company safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Typically Required For A Distribution Center Associate Position. This Demonstrates The Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge Needed To Perform The Job Duties Effectively.
