Design Studio Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Design Studio Specialist to join our Restoration Hardware team! As a Design Studio Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, as well as playing a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our Design Studio. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail.The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be extremely organized, and have a strong customer service orientation. We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in the interior design or related field, as well as a degree in interior design or a related field. If you have a flair for interior design, a love for helping customers, and a desire to work in a fun and dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with interior design selections and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and coworkers.
3. Ensure the Design Studio meets all operational standards and requirements.
4. Remain up-to-date on new trends and products in the interior design field.
5. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
6. Manage and prioritize customer orders and inquiries.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
8. Prepare design proposals and presentations for clients.
9. Assist in the organization and stocking of the Design Studio.
10. Support the sales team in any capacity needed.
