2. Utilize strong knowledge of interior design principles and current design trends to provide expert guidance and inspiration to customers.
3. Act as a brand ambassador for Restoration Hardware by embodying our company's values and promoting our products and services.
4. Understand and anticipate customers' needs and preferences to create personalized design solutions.
5. Communicate effectively with customers to gather information, present design concepts, and address any questions or concerns.
6. Collaborate with customers to create comprehensive design plans that are tailored to their individual style and budget.
7. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when selecting and presenting furniture, fabrics, and other design elements.
8. Maintain a strong understanding of our products, services, and pricing to accurately inform and guide customers.
9. Continuously strive to exceed sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience.
10. Foster strong relationships with customers to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
11. Stay updated on current industry trends and attend training and development opportunities to enhance design skills and knowledge.
12. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
13. Maintain a clean and organized showroom to create an inviting and visually appealing environment for customers.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to sales processes, customer service standards, and inventory management.
15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
