1. Greet and welcome clients to Restoration Hardware, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for their shopping experience.
2. Understand and embody the Restoration Hardware brand and its philosophy of creating a beautiful home.
3. Act as a knowledgeable and passionate resource for clients, providing guidance and expertise on design concepts, product features, and home decor trends.
4. Utilize strong communication and listening skills to understand clients' needs and preferences, and offer personalized design solutions.
5. Collaborate with clients to create a customized design plan that meets their budget, functional needs, and aesthetic preferences.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the value and benefits of Restoration Hardware products.
7. Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
8. Collaborate with the rest of the design and sales team to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.
9. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including product displays and design resources.
11. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Restoration Hardware in a professional and positive manner at all times.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the client experience, both in-store and online.
13. Attend training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to sales processes, customer service standards, and inventory management.
15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and a strong sense of community amongst colleagues.
