We are currently seeking a talented Corporate Trainer to join our team and help us deliver outstanding training programs to our employees.As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development and success of our employees. You will have the opportunity to use your exceptional communication and training skills to equip our team with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our brand standards.To excel in this role, you must have a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of adult learning principles. A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate training or a related field is required, as well as a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. If you are a self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven individual with a passion for developing others, we would love to have you join our team at Restoration Hardware.
- Develop and implement effective training programs and materials for new and existing employees, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation training for new hires, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of our company culture, values, and expectations.
- Continuously assess and evaluate training needs and make necessary updates and improvements to training programs to ensure they are relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with department managers and team leaders to identify specific training needs and develop targeted training plans to address them.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
- Monitor and track employee progress and performance following training, providing additional support and coaching as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development, incorporating them into our training programs as appropriate.
- Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, presentations, and visual aids.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of training activities and employee progress.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors in their role as trainers and coaches for their teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of training programs with company goals and objectives.
- Represent Restoration Hardware in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting our brand and values to our employees.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Corporate Training Or Instructional Design
Strong Facilitation And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Learners
Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience In Creating Effective Training Materials
Experience In The Retail Industry, Preferably In Home Furnishings Or Luxury Goods, Is Preferred But Not Required
