If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Restoration Hardware as a Corporate Trainer.As a Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs to our team members at all levels. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented individual who is able to adapt to different learning styles and can effectively communicate complex concepts.   1. Develop and implement effective training programs for all levels of employees within the company.
  2. Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs and address any knowledge or skill gaps.
  4. Collaborate with department leaders to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  5. Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training materials are relevant and up-to-date.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on luxury retail and provide guidance and support to team members.
  9. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.
  10. Act as a role model and coach for employees, providing feedback and support for their professional development.
  11. Collaborate with HR to ensure all training materials are aligned with company policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain training records and provide reports on training progress and effectiveness.
  13. Keep track of employee progress and provide additional support and resources as needed.
  14. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the training program to meet the evolving needs of the company.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Corporate Training, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment.

  • Strong Presentation And Facilitation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate A Diverse Group Of Learners.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
