- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing employees that align with the company's brand standards and values.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and activities, that are engaging and effective in meeting learning objectives.
- Deliver training sessions in a clear, organized, and engaging manner utilizing adult learning principles.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to continuously improve the learning experience.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure training is relevant to their specific roles and responsibilities.
- Facilitate onboarding training for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and ensure consistent application of skills and knowledge.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously enhance the training program.
- Serve as a role model for the company's core values and provide guidance on how to embody them in daily interactions with customers and colleagues.
Strong Communication Skills: A Corporate Trainer At Restoration Hardware Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Deliver Training Materials And Engage With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Training And Development Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Designing And Delivering Effective Training Programs For Large Organizations. A Background In Instructional Design And Adult Learning Principles Is Highly Desirable.
