4. Deliver training sessions in a clear, organized, and engaging manner utilizing adult learning principles.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to continuously improve the learning experience.
6. Collaborate with department managers to ensure training is relevant to their specific roles and responsibilities.
7. Facilitate onboarding training for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
8. Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and ensure consistent application of skills and knowledge.
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously enhance the training program.
10. Serve as a role model for the company's core values and provide guidance on how to embody them in daily interactions with customers and colleagues.
