1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the gallery, including managing inventory, scheduling and supervising staff, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
2. Collaborate with the Gallery Leader and other team members to create and maintain a visually stunning and inviting space that reflects the brand's aesthetic and values.
3. Utilize your eye for design and attention to detail to curate and merchandise products in a visually appealing manner, while also ensuring optimal functionality and usability for customers.
4. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
5. Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
6. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and vision of Restoration Hardware and promoting the brand to customers and within the community.
7. Assist with planning and executing events and promotions to drive sales and engage with customers.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
9. Collaborate with other departments, such as visual merchandising, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation, and provide feedback and suggestions to the Gallery Leader and upper management.
