- Assist the Gallery Leader in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gallery.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing unparalleled service to clients.
- Work closely with the Gallery Leader to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals.
- Lead and motivate gallery staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's products and design concepts to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and visual merchandising to ensure an aesthetically pleasing and organized gallery.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to ensure the smooth running of the gallery.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Train and develop new gallery staff to ensure a consistent level of customer service and product knowledge.
- Assist in creating and executing events and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Maintain a clean and organized gallery space, ensuring all products are displayed correctly and in line with company standards.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall performance of the gallery.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Artists.
A Bachelor's Degree In Art History, Fine Arts, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A High-End Art Gallery Or Luxury Retail Environment.
Strong Knowledge And Appreciation Of Art And Design, With A Keen Eye For Aesthetics.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Drive Sales Goals.
