You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most beautiful and unique home furnishings and decor, while also providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and has a strong understanding of the luxury retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, as well as a background in art, design, or home furnishings. If you are a self-starter with a passion for creating beautiful spaces and a desire to grow within a dynamic company, we would love to hear from you.
- Assist in managing daily operations of the gallery, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Lead and motivate a team of associates to meet and exceed sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the luxury retail industry and the Restoration Hardware brand.
- Assist in training and developing new associates to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to represent the brand.
- Create a welcoming and visually appealing environment for clients by maintaining the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Use your knowledge and passion for art, design, and home furnishings to assist clients in finding the perfect pieces for their space.
- Collaborate with the Gallery Leader to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive business and increase revenue.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Restoration Hardware, embodying its values and promoting its products and services.
- Continuously strive to improve and maintain the overall success and profitability of the gallery.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Gallery Leader.
Bachelor's Degree In Art History, Fine Arts, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In A Leadership Role At A Gallery Or Art Institution.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Art Market Trends And Industry Standards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Clients, Artists, And Colleagues.
Proven Track Record Of Sales And Achieving Revenue Targets, With A Strong Understanding Of The Sales Process.
