Support Services Dispatcher

This position requires a high level of organization and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should be able to remain calm and composed under pressure, while delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications:• High School diploma or equivalent• 2+ years of experience in dispatching and/or customer service• Availability to work all shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks• Working knowledge of computer systems and software applications• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations • Exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities:

1. Receive and respond to incoming calls and dispatch requests in a prompt and efficient manner.
2. Monitor the status of all dispatch requests and update as needed.
3. Ensure customer service standards are met and maintained.
4. Maintain records of all dispatched requests and ensure accuracy.
5. Remain calm and composed during high-pressure situations.
6. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
7. Assist in the training of new staff, as needed.
8. Provide support to other departments, as needed.
9. Maintain a professional attitude and demeanor in all interactions.
10. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
