Nurse Practitioner - Wound

As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Wound Care at Renown Health, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to providing the highest standard of care to our patients. Responsibilities:

1. Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of wounds with clinical expertise and knowledge of Renown’s evidence-based practice guidelines.
2. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure best possible patient outcomes.
3. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
4. Develop and implement wound care treatment plans for patients.
5. Educate patients and family members about wound care and prevention.
6. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
7. Utilize evidence-based guidelines to inform clinical practice decisions.
8. Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
9. Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
10. Participate in professional development activities to keep abreast of current practices and trends in wound care.
