Certified Nurse Midwife

Renown Health is looking for an experienced and passionate Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team of highly-skilled healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a desire to provide excellent care to mothers and newborns. Our Certified Nurse Midwife will provide personalized and comprehensive care to women throughout their pregnancies, labor, and postpartum period.This position requires a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in midwifery and certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife. The successful candidate will also have at least 2 years of experience in a midwifery practice setting and must be willing to work in a team-oriented environment. A commitment to providing excellent patient care and a passion for helping women through the childbirth process is essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized and comprehensive care to women throughout their pregnancies, labor, and postpartum period.
2. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible patient care outcomes.
3. Educate patients and their families on the childbirth process and provide emotional support.
4. Monitor the health of the mother and fetus throughout the pregnancy and provide necessary interventions when required.
5. Perform routine examinations and tests to monitor the health of the mother and fetus.
6. Assist in labor and delivery and provide postpartum care.
7. Develop and implement care plans for high-risk pregnancies.
8. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
9. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
10. Abide by all professional and organizational standards and regulations.
