Anesthesiologist Assistant

At Renown Health we are looking for a highly talented and motivated Anesthesiologist Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the operating room under the supervision of an Anesthesiologist, managing pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients, and other related duties as assigned. This position requires excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to provide compassionate and quality care to our patients.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Master's degree in Anesthesiology from an accredited institution, have successfully completed an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program, and hold a current certification from the National Commission for the Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA). In addition, the candidate must have a valid state license and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care in the operating room under the supervision of an Anesthesiologist.
2. Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients.
3. Exercise excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
4. Provide compassionate and quality care to patients.
5. Complete other duties as assigned.
6. Possess a Master's degree in Anesthesiology from an accredited institution.
7. Successfully complete an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program.
8. Hold a current certification from the National Commission for the Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA).
9. Possess a valid state license.
10. Have current BLS certification.
