Job Description

At Renown Health we are looking for a highly talented and motivated Anesthesiologist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others, an aptitude for handling complex medical procedures, and a commitment to excellence in patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the operating room under the supervision of an Anesthesiologist, managing pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients, and other related duties as assigned. This position requires excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to provide compassionate and quality care to our patients.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Master's degree in Anesthesiology from an accredited institution, have successfully completed an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program, and hold a current certification from the National Commission for the Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA). In addition, the candidate must have a valid state license and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct patient care in the operating room under the supervision of an Anesthesiologist.
  2. Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients.
  3. Exercise excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  4. Provide compassionate and quality care to patients.
  5. Complete other duties as assigned.
  6. Possess a Master's degree in Anesthesiology from an accredited institution.
  7. Successfully complete an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program.
  8. Hold a current certification from the National Commission for the Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA).
  9. Possess a valid state license.
  10. Have current BLS certification.
