
Anesthesiologist Assistant
At Renown Health we are looking for a highly talented and motivated Anesthesiologist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others, an aptitude for handling complex medical procedures, and a commitment to excellence in patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the operating room under the supervision of an Anesthesiologist, managing pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients, and other related duties as assigned. This position requires excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to provide compassionate and quality care to our patients.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Master's degree in Anesthesiology from an accredited institution, have successfully completed an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program, and hold a current certification from the National Commission for the Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA). In addition, the candidate must have a valid state license and current BLS certification.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the operating room under the supervision of an Anesthesiologist.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients.
- Exercise excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Provide compassionate and quality care to patients.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Possess a Master's degree in Anesthesiology from an accredited institution.
- Successfully complete an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program.
- Hold a current certification from the National Commission for the Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA).
- Possess a valid state license.
- Have current BLS certification.
