  1. Develop and implement sales effectiveness strategies and initiatives to support the growth of the UK & Ireland market.
  2. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and develop solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and challenges, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
  4. Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Lead training sessions and workshops to improve the overall sales effectiveness of the team.
  6. Monitor and track sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide them with personalized support.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations for the company's sales strategies.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sales processes and strategies.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  11. Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track sales activities and performance, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
  12. Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and promote its products and services.
  13. Continuously assess and improve sales processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  15. Act as a mentor and role model for junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Uk And Ireland Market, Including Key Industries And Customer Segments.
