  1. Actively prospect and sell company products to potential clients through outbound calls.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to generate leads and increase sales.
  3. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  4. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
  5. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential clients.
  6. Follow up with leads and close sales in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  8. Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and strategies for success.
  9. Keep accurate records of sales and update CRM system with relevant information.
  10. Continuously strive to improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-learning.
  11. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on sales strategies and processes.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures while conducting sales activities.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner at all times.
  14. Proactively identify and communicate potential challenges or opportunities to management.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
