  1. Act as the main point of contact for all technical inquiries and needs for our clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  3. Provide technical expertise and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
  4. Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to clients.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any technical issues or escalate them to the appropriate department.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
  7. Conduct regular account reviews with clients to identify areas for improvement and address any concerns.
  8. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and provide technical support during the sales process.
  9. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our products.
  10. Conduct training sessions for clients on how to effectively use our products and optimize their use.
  11. Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify areas for improvement and make proactive recommendations.
  12. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or risks for clients to ensure their continued satisfaction.
  13. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving client retention and satisfaction.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for LexisNexis Risk Solutions, promoting our products and services to clients and potential clients.
