
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Supports talent pipeline initiatives for VitalChek Entry Level roles – partners with external temp agency and creates an Evergreen requisition to ensure ongoing resume flow. Ensures resumes are reviewed by hiring managers and assists with any details to secure candidates via agency and/or Populus for background checking, onboarding equipment, payrolling and offboarding of candidates. Ensures all candidates receive fair and equal treatment during the interview and selection process. Treats others with respect by remaining calm and collected during challenging situations and conversations. Works closely with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interviews that align for all parties. Provides alternative solutions and plans when faced with obstacles and gains buy in and support for implementation in a timely manner. Looks for opportunities to support others on the team when they have to be out of the office or have an excessive workload.
Two years office experience in an administrative capacity
