Software Asset Management Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain software asset management processes to ensure the organization is in compliance with software usage and licensing
• Monitor software usage and licensing in order to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure software asset management policies are followed
• Analyze software budgets, accounting records, and budget forecasts to identify areas of improvement
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate software asset management information to stakeholders
• Stay up to date with the latest software licensing trends and regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize software usage and licensing
