
Service Desk Analyst
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Relx. As the first point of contact for customers, you will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a great customer experience. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and troubleshooting issues. To be successful in this role, you should have an excellent understanding of customer service principles and IT operations.The ideal candidate should have an Associate's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, excellent problem-solving, communication, and IT literacy skills. We are looking for a customer-focused individual who is able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Provide technical assistance and customer service to Relx customers • Troubleshoot customer inquiries and resolve technical issues • Monitor customer service requests and prioritize according to urgency • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries • Research and identify solutions to customer inquiries • Maintain customer service logs and document customer interactions • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues • Ensure compliance with Relx policies and procedures • Develop and maintain knowledge of Relx products and services • Assist with the development of customer service strategies • Act as the primary point of contact for customers • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any customer complaints
