- Lead the development of Relx's Generative AI technology as part of the Sherpath team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product roadmap and features.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and use it to inform product strategy.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features.
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and goals to stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product features and user experience.
- Develop and manage product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor and report on product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product success.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technology to inform product development.
- Represent the company and product at industry events and conferences.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks and risks to product success.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of Relx by being a strategic and collaborative member of the team.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry. This Should Include A Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products From Ideation To Market.
Strong Knowledge Of Ai And Machine Learning: The Senior Product Manager Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Ai And Machine Learning Technologies, Including Their Applications And Limitations. They Should Have Experience Working With Generative Ai And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Its Value Proposition To Stakeholders.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Role, The Product Manager Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Inspire Team Members, Foster Collaboration And Drive Results.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Think Strategically. They Should Be Able To Identify Market Trends, Develop Product Roadmaps, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Drive Business Growth.
