We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth within our Airports and Airlines division.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth within the Airports and Airlines division of Cirium.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the airport and airline market, including potential partnerships and collaborations.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including airlines, airports, and other industry stakeholders.
  4. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery of services.
  5. Monitor market trends and competition to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  7. Create and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
  8. Track and report on sales performance, including pipeline and revenue projections.
  9. Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
  10. Represent Cirium at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulations to better understand client needs and challenges.
  12. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
  13. Mentor and coach junior sales team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  15. Continuously seek out ways to improve sales processes and contribute to the overall success of the company.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of The Aviation Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Aviation Industry, Including Airports, Airlines, And Related Businesses. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Navigate The Complex Landscape Of The Industry And Make Informed Decisions.

Therefore, They Should Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Role, With Strong Coaching And Mentoring Skills To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Sales Goals.
