  1. Develop and maintain an effective sales enablement platform that supports the needs of our sales teams.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and create impactful content for various stages of the sales cycle.
  3. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement tools and content, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  4. Work closely with sales leaders to understand their needs and ensure the sales enablement platform and content align with their strategies and goals.
  5. Train and onboard new sales team members on the sales enablement platform and how to effectively utilize its resources.
  6. Regularly update and maintain the sales enablement platform with new content and resources.
  7. Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of relevant and engaging content for the sales team.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company messaging and branding.
  9. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our sales enablement platform and content remain current and competitive.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to source new content and resources for the sales enablement platform.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve the sales enablement process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Provide regular reporting and insights on the usage and effectiveness of the sales enablement platform and content.
  13. Stay informed on the latest sales enablement trends and technologies to ensure our platform remains innovative and cutting-edge.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on our sales enablement platform and content, providing guidance and support to the sales team as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement Or Content Coordination In A B2B Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
