Job Description

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and technology? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Development Representative for SAAS sales at Relx. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business by prospecting and qualifying potential clients. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, organized, and able to effectively communicate with potential clients.   1. Identify and qualify potential clients through various prospecting methods.
  2. Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and networking events.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate our services.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SAAS offerings.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for generating new business.
  6. Continuously meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  7. Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and client interactions.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  9. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  10. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and progress.
  11. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
  13. Stay organized and manage time effectively to balance prospecting, client meetings, and administrative tasks.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  15. Serve as a brand ambassador and promote the company's mission and values.

  • Customer-Focused Mindset: A Successful Sales Development Rep At Relx Must Have A Customer-Focused Mindset And The Ability To Understand The Needs And Pain Points Of Potential Clients. This Includes Actively Listening, Problem-Solving, And Offering Tailored Solutions To Meet Their Needs.
