- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's sales compensation plans, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze and evaluate sales compensation data to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sales leadership and finance, to identify and implement improvements to the sales compensation plans.
- Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations for adjustments to the compensation plans as needed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with sales compensation policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track and communicate sales compensation metrics and trends.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sales compensation, providing guidance and support to sales teams and other departments.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new sales compensation plans and programs.

- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including presenting analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Train and mentor junior sales compensation analysts as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Compensation Analysis And Design.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge Of Sales Compensation Best Practices And Industry Trends.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels.
