- Provide person-centered support to individuals in the employment program.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with program participants.
- Assist individuals in identifying their employment goals and creating action plans.
- Conduct assessments to determine individual's strengths, skills, and needs.
- Collaborate with employers to create job opportunities for program participants.
- Provide job coaching and support to individuals during the application and interview process.
- Assist individuals in developing job readiness skills such as resume building and interview preparation.
- Conduct regular check-ins with program participants to monitor their progress and provide ongoing support.
- Liaise with community resources and services to provide additional support to program participants.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of program participants' progress.
- Attend team meetings and communicate effectively with program staff.
- Stay up to date on current employment trends and resources to provide the best support to program participants.
- Advocate for program participants and their employment needs.
- Ensure program compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the employment program to better meet the needs of program participants.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In Recruitment Or Employee Relations.
Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Particularly In The United Kingdom.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Experience Using Recruitment Software And Applicant Tracking Systems (Ats) To Efficiently Manage The Recruitment Process.
