- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end user computing systems, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software applications
- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of end user computing systems
- Collaborate with other members of the engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in end user computing technologies
- Train and educate end users on best practices for using technology and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter
- Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for end user computing systems
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide timely updates and resolutions for technical issues
- Act as a subject matter expert for end user computing technologies and provide guidance to other team members as needed
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Corporate Or Enterprise Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, As Well As Experience With Virtualization Technologies Such As Vmware.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Issues And Provide Effective Solutions.
Familiarity With Cloud Computing And Experience With Aws Or Azure Is Highly Desirable.
